Nothing goes out without a human approving it. Every reply lands in an approval queue first. Your team clicks approve, edit, or reject. The AI learns from every edit, so it gets sharper week by week. There is no scenario where a wrong reply reaches a customer unless someone on your team approved it.

Any inbound email that reaches the AI after the filter layer. Spam, bounces, internal noise, and anything caught by your filter rules don't count toward your monthly cap. In practice, around 60% of incoming mail never touches the AI, so most clients use far less of their cap than they expect.
